Applying the Lunar Phase Method for contraceptive purposes is based on either refraining from sexual intercourse or using alternative 'undangerous' sexual practices on those few days on which the lunar phase of the woman's time of birth repeats itself. This usually happens once a month (and might occur during your menses!). The exact lunar phase - by day and time - will be calculated by a computer program and marked in your personal calendar plus a sufficient number of days before and after as a recommended security measure. The calendar comes with a computer print-out and detailed instructions. (Please see the order form and check the appropiate box there).
