For child planning purposes
the days around your personal lunar phase are considered optimal for conception. These are
of course the same days which you would avoid for contraceptive
purposes. Please put your special attention to the fact that your personal lunar phase and with it your days optimal for
conception could occur during your menses!
The exact lunar
phase - by day and time - will be calculated by a computer program and marked in your
personal calendar plus a sufficient number of days before and after (because of the life
cycle of the male sperm).
As in the case of the contraception calendar you should enter the
dates for your menstrual cycle yourself additionally. According to scientific research
especially those days are most promising for conception when the lunar phase and the days
which traditionally are considered optimal for conception (about 14 days before the next
menses) fall together.
The calendar comes
with a computer print-out and detailed instructions.
